It has both very friendly and attentive staff.

In a hotel like this - hair is unacceptable.

Stayed in air-conditioned double room with balconies. Tea and coffee making equipment, and refrigerators were nice. The location was particularly good very near to the seafront.

Breakfast was fine, thoroughly enjoyed the location.

My stay was very good of bus service into the center of town. Double room had upgrades, it was perfect and spotless. Hotel's location was the best, near the beach. It was a walking distance from Lib Burger, where you can have lunch.

The fact that it was near the beach, and the staff were helpfull and accomerdating.

It needs updating, the area is a bit off putting at night espesialy for women.

Well, it's 2 stars, so nothing great to expect. Noisy, not all clean, small.. but ! It's an ideal value for money if you need a specific location for not very high price. I would never visit this hotel again, frankly, but nevertheless I think that this time it was worth it !

They should clean the walls, there are tons of dust hanging from there. Then, air conditioning : with windows closed it's impossible to breathe, with windows opened it's darn noisy. Renovation also is a necessary thing. But after all that this hotel will depass 2 stars and the prices will strike :)

I stayed at Hotel Magnan for Carnaval and was pleasantly surprised. The location was perfect, just off Promenade des Anglais, with a supermarket, restaurants, and the beach within a 2-minute walk. The room had a wonderful sea view from the balcony, and I found myself wanting to spend time there. The daily housekeeping was a nice touch, and the fridge and TV with lots of channels were a plus. The shower was great, and the lift was convenient. great value for money!

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location is great, in front of the sea and very close to lots of public transportations that allows the visitor to easily move around within the city and also to the nearby atractions like Monaco, Cannes, Antibes, etc.
